Beware of CCIL's offers like free plot... Its a big cheating scam...

First of all let me introduce to all. Myself, Unnikrishnan B Menon, 34 years old, by profession into business. I'm living in Navi Mumbai.

Many of you might have seen advertisements in leading News papers as well as in Visual media of "COUNTRY CLUB INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED / COUNTRY VACATIONS" offering free vacations for your family along with a free plot in various parts of the country depending on the scheme you choose.

Dear friends, this company is nothing but a fraud company. I've joined this club almost 5 years back and they offered me a plot in Coconut Grove, Bangalore (even though they say it is Bangalore, it's more than 100 km away from Banaglore) and collected even Rs. 15,000.00/- as registration fee for the same plot. Till they get the money from me, I used to receive almost 10 - 15 calls from their various executives daily and they used visit my office also regularly. Now even after more than 3 years, neither I receieved any communication from them, neither will any of their executives attend to my calls.

I've spend more than 4 Lakhs in this company in various schemes and they offered to return me Rs. 1.6 Lakhs as refund for my cancellation of my plot in Lonavala. And that also the same result, no communication.

When you try to contact them through their local office, they will direct you to their main office in Hyderabad. You can write to them via email, fax or go in person. If you are there for joining, yes, you will get a warm welcome, otherwise you can wait their executives to be free as they always will be busy.

Before joining this I request all of you to just go to google and search for keyword "country club india complaints" or visit some of the consumer court / forum sites and search for this company. You will find the bitter experiences of so many people.

Dear friends, never go for such fraud companies and I invite all those who faced such kind of problems from these sort of companies... PLEASE COME FORWARD & SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES.... TEACH A LESSON TO THESE FRAUDS... JOIN HANDS TOGETHER & PUT AN END TO CORRUPTION!!!
